This project involved the complete renovation of an existing two story, 9,300 square foot building located in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. The building was converted into a coffee shop & multi-tenant mercantile area on the first floor & a co-working office space on the second floor. Our services included designing the layout for the building, ensuring to follow code requirements to fit the function of the programs. Our team worked closely with the client to assist selecting finishes to achieve the vision he had for the space, creating a collaborative environment within the co-working space and the eclectic coffee shop on the first floor.
